A fanciful and whimsical Needle Felted hen with lots of colorful "feathers"!  Attach her clever wings with a pair of buttons or glass beads - they will move a little bit for fun.  The hen is Needle Felted over a wire armature to allow her to stand.  She is a perfect design to try out a multi-needle tool to speed up your process.

You MUST needle felt on a firm foam base to protect your needles from breaking and to protect you, too.
