A beautiful petite bobbin used for Silk Thread. One end is marked Cull Silk Mills. Inc.  The wooden shaft has a wonderful rich color and each bobbin shows the scratches from the knife used to remove the remnants of Silk thread before winding more thread on the bobbin.....you can tell they are authentic!  The ends are a composite (phenolic) material.  Winde some of your special ribbons and lace on the bobbins!
