I transferred the design to be embroidered with Stick 'n Stitch.  Just print the embroidery design on the Stick 'n Stitch with your copier, pull the printed film off the freezer paper backing and finger press onto the towel.  Add your hoop and get stitching in just minutes!

You can, also, use a Red FriXion Pen and trace your design onto your tea towel.

I used a 7" Morgan No-slip hoop to embroidery my tea towel.
