7 Snowmen out in the Yard with Trees, Birds and Birdhouses. Make a super Table Runner or a BIG Bench Pillow for decorating. Embroider your snowmen in a Wintery Blue setting or try a cheerful RedWork version. Stitched on Feather Down Cotton from "Aged to Perfection" collection. Finished with Borders and Prairie Point using Snow Happens Fabrics.
Trace all the designs directly onto the Feather Down with a Heat Erasable Frixion Pen!
If you DO NOT like to trace, use Stick 'n Stitch. Print each Page on the Stick 'n Stitch 8 1/2" x 11" sheets. So easy and accurate. Pull the printed Sticky Fabri-Solvy film off the paper and finger press onto the muslin. Add your hoop and get stitching in just minutes - super stuff!
NOTE: I found I like using the Stick 'n Stitch one page at a time as I embroider. When that section is complete, disolve the Stick 'n Stitch film, dry flat and iron your Feather Down fabric. Register the next Stick 'n Stitch sheet using registration marks on the illustration. You can see through the film so it is EASY. Continue with sections 2 and 3. Begin in the center or from one end.
You will need 2 balls of Presencia #3400 Bird Brain Blue or #1915 Robin Red #8 Perle Cotton to embroider the complete design. Keep your Perle Cotton safe in one of our FUN Bubbles as you carry them in your sewing basket.
